Kuldar Schüts, named Conductor of the Year 2023 by the Estonian Choral Association, is not only a singer in the Estonian National Male Choir but also the conductor of the Engineers’ Male Choir, the nationwide boys’ choir Kalev (under the Estonian Male Choir Association), the Kalamaja Mixed Choir, and both the mixed and male choirs of Swedbank. Kuldar also served as the boys' choir artistic director at the XIII Youth Song and Dance Celebration “Sacred is the Land.”
