Program

Kristjan Kannukene presents a concert program on International Music Day, where the works of Estonian composers (Veljo Tormis, Rein Rannap, Liis Jürgens, Kristjan Kannukene) and poets (Kristjan Jaak Peterson, Lydia Koidula, Ernst Enno, Viivi Luik, etc.) sound in a symbiotic whole. The performance expands the boundaries of music combined with poetry, including folk poetry, with the interactive sound sculpture "9" created by himself.

Kristjan Kannukene is an Estonian viola player, singer, electric guitarist, composer, improviser and intermedia artist whose work combines different traditions and aesthetics.
