14:45 – 15:15 Karl Õkva (Thorgate): Practical Examples of Technology Solutions in the Music Industry in Estonia and Abroad – How software solutions have been used in preserving musical heritage? How can technology assist in music composition? The talk will cover experiences with the Veljo Tormis Virtual Centre, the Estonian National Opera, and international experiences with music sharing platforms from South Africa and Sweden.

15:15 – 15:45 Kristjan Nõlvak (Scoremusic): Paperless Music Creation and Performance – How Scoremusic helps shape the future of music distribution and performance by offering a secure platform for managing and sharing digital sheet music? Kristjan will discuss how technology enables real-time collaboration, intellectual property protection, and environmentally friendly solutions, opening new and effective opportunities for musicians and publishers.

The goal of the series is to bring together scientists and interested entrepreneurs to explore collaboration opportunities. It aims to introduce various scientific works taking place at TalTech and how entrepreneurs can take advantage of the opportunities offered by the university.
